Bush’s Mercenary Army Kicked Out of Iraq

The Iraqi government today ordered the American security firm Blackwater USA to stop work and leave the country after a shootout in which eight civilians were killed. “We have canceled the license of Blackwater and prevented them from working all over Iraqi territory. We will also refer those involved to Iraqi judicial authorities,” said Abdul-Karim Khalaf, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry.

Strong stuff from Maliki. So Condi called him up. I would love to have heard that conversation but the result was an agreement to hold a “fair and transparent investigation” into the shooting and bring to book any wrongdoers.

U.S. officials were hoping that an investigation, a finding of culpability and compensation for victims’ families would appease the Iraqi government. If Blackwater is expelled, it would be difficult for American contractors and State Department officials to operate in Iraq.

This is more like it. Collateral damage. War on terror. With us or against us. Fight them there so they can’t come here. yeah right. And all the other Bush spewage that seems to be working. (We are STILL there, afterall, even though WE THE PEOPLE don’t want us to be. But your greedy, pocket stuffing, slobbering and drooling in line to kiss Bush’s ass Congressmen could not care less what THE PEOPLE want. You see, we are too stupid, too swine like, to understand the big picture.)

Anyway, expect that we will prosecute (with reduced charges) a couple of low level skin head Blackwater scum and send them home, throw a few dollars at the grieving families rypwithbw.jpgand get on with the business at hand.

My opinion? Blackwater is a bunch of gung ho, shoot first bastards that like the “excitement” of killing and hurting people. For those of us with combat experience, we all knew guys like this. They were probably not good soldiers when they were in the military, if they were in it at all. Some are foreign mercenaries. These are not the brave troops who deserve our support. These are a bunch of bullying assholes.

What gets me is that we’re all constantly being accused of undermining morale when we criticize the Commander Guy in Chief, but Chuckles doesn’t trust the Army to guard his buddies in Iraq.

Are our Army and Marines not good enough? Or is it that they are subject to a code of ethics and a system of justice while these $100k/year mercenaries are not?

America using mercenaries – please tell me it’s a bad dream.

Bushco has sold the US out. It will take decades to rebuild the US Military. a POTUS that will use mercenaries; has no respect and deserves no respect…
