The Orphans of War

Iraqi orphans unfed, untreated, found tied to their unused cribs. It just seems to me that with the millions of dollars we send to this country in aid, they could do better than this.

    Just the other day I heard from a retired General still arguing that things are going well and that the ” Liberal media” are giving a false and pessimistic picture.

    Stupidity just doesn’t cover it. Unfortunately I think this is one little horror in a vast ocean of horrors – and I think it’s going to get worse.

    I agree. It is also very possible that this is not even among the worst horrors. When I see things like this, I always wonder what it is that has not yet been revealed or discovered.

    These few children were at least found before they died. There are probably thousands who are not or will not be so lucky.
